Our tea is the best quality (only grade 1 teas are used by Aust fruit tea) with the addition of real fruit and natural fruit flavouring containing essential oils extracted from the skin of the fruit. In other words, it's a unique, natural product manufactured to extremely high standards in freshness, quality, taste, nutritive value and appearance of our award winning Australian fruit teas. Types of tea we use: * Black tea grown bordering Sri Lanka’s largest rain forest called ‘Singharaja” * All tea gardens here are free of any blitzes etc. which affect the tea bush and therefore pesticides or herbicides are not used. * Dry leaf - Black, hard [not soft], well twisted. * Infusion - Bright coppery denoting excellent quality. * Liquor - Bright red with yellowish tint.
